- Train, coach, schedule, and hire cooks in multiple cook positions.
- Ensures efficient and timely service of food orders.
- Directly manage patient service cooks
- Ability to collaborate with a team of chefs to accomplish aligned goals.
- Ensuring Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality are met.
- Maintaining and ensuring HACCP standards.
- Maintain cleaning schedules in kitchen.
- Collaborating directly with patients regarding food requests.
- Minor administration tasks.

- A culinary professional with a passion for culinary arts.
- A production culinary background, ideally in a hospital, restaurant, retail, or catering environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading a culinary team and human resource and supervisory/management skillset.
- Ability to effectively communicate to multiple audiences and develop strong relationships with staff members.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer skills.
- Servsafe certified as well as working knowledge of HACCP and experience with Health and Safety audits.
