Requirements:5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experienceType 1 and Type 2 certificationsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsBasic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plusExperience with older buildings is a plusMust be organized and maintain a clean work spaceDaily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needsReports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occurAdheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulationsMust have the ability to work on and support a teamMust have basic computer skills and email knowledgeMust have effective time management skillsMust have the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbsWe offer:
