- IT Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a unified IT vision that aligns with company goals across all three companies
- Collaborate with executive team and department leaders to identify technology needs and opportunities
- Evaluate and implement AI, automation, and digital productivity tools (e.g., Power Platform, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools) to enhance performance
- Establish and actively manage a prioritized IT project list of all known technology needs, partnering with the executive team to ensure alignment with business goals
- Provide hands-on leadership, ensuring alignment between infrastructure and application support
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
- Prepare and oversee IT budgets, ensuring ROI on technology investments
- ERP Implementation & Management
- Oversee the ongoing ERP implementation project (Sage X3, Sepasoft) at one location and plan for future rollouts or integrations across other sites driving seamless integration with manufacturing operations, finance, inventory, and customer service systems
- Technology & Infrastructure
- Ensure a secure, stable, and scalable IT infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives and compliance across all sites
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability audits
- Lead the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Applications & Data Management
- Optimize business applications to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making
- Manage development, integration, and support of custom or third-party applications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership of cross-functional infrastructure and application teams
- Proven experience with ERP systems in manufacturing environments (experience leading implementations is a strong plus)
- Solid understanding of networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience implementing or managing AI, automation, and business intelligence tools
- Strong project management, communication, and change management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at the operational level
- Collaborative leader who can partner with manufacturing, finance, and executive teams
- Business-savvy with a hands-on, service-oriented approach to problem solving
- Experience in a multi-site or multi-entity company structure
