
Physician Compensation Analyst Senior

- Participates in the development of the models used to calculate compensation for individual physicians and delivers reporting to support the calculations.
- Partners with physician leaders to understand operational initiatives and considers how these might impact or be supported by compensation models to further organizational strategy.
- Serves as a consultant to senior management and executive leadership to provide recommendations and support for compensation models, initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Supports Provider Compensation Administration team with implementation of new models.
- Supports communication of the methodology, reasoning, and results of compensation models to physicians.
- Develops and administers financial systems and processes to determine physician compensation based on the compensation formulas.
- Performs special projects and duties as assigned, including research, forecasting, and exploring viable alternatives.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven years’ experience
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
