- The contractor employee shall demonstrate experience of Scrum Process

- The contractor employee shall demonstrate experience of UNIX systems and

- The contractor employee shall have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place with their company based on the potential access to confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information. The NDA shall be provided to the Government Program Manager by start of performance.
- Experience working with a team of data scientists to develop novel dashboards to enable interaction with AI technologies.
- Experience with Flask Web Serving Library in Python,
- Experience with SQLAlchemy ORM library in Python
- Experience with HTML/CSS,
- Experience with web application development in any capacity
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with SQL and Databases.
- The contractor employee shall aid in the development of a web application which hosts a suite of predictive analytics
- The contractor employee shall be able to demonstrate their knowledge in actual code.
- The contractor employee shall be able to demonstrate writing a web application independently.
- The contractor employee shall be able to demonstrate the ability to visualize data.
- The contractor employee shall be able to demonstrate visualizing hierarchical data structures.
- The contractor employee shall obtain HIPAA training upon performance of work.
- The contractor employee shall maintain HIPPA standards and prevent data leaks.
- Project Title, Time Period of report, Date
- Performance: Current status of deliverables, measured against project expectations.
- Schedule: Have scheduled activities and milestones been completed on or before time, and impact of delays.
- Costs: Are there any actual or significant deviations, are significant costs adequately explained in terms of project plans? (i.e., large initial equipment purchase, followed by labor related costs.)
- Risk: Are there known or anticipated opportunities or events that will or can affect project.
- All reports and data shall be submitted in a non-proprietary, easily transferrable format.
- All reports, data, findings and literature shall be property of the 711 HPW/RH. The contractor shall not reuse or distribute project information without the express permission of 711 HPW/RH and shall retain all 711 HPW/RH origin markings.
