In this role, you’ll drive technical leadership for advanced sintering paste programs and high-performance adhesives that power the future of semiconductor packaging. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge materials, optimize manufacturing processes, and collaborate directly with customers to solve complex challenges.What you’ll doLead engineering for sintering paste programs and related material products.Develop deep application knowledge in semiconductor electronics markets.Optimize application processes for both developmental and commercialized products.Partner directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve product and process issues.Create novel solutions for fundamental, technology-specific challenges.Ensure products deliver clear, measurable value in customer applications.What makes you a strong fitMaster’s degree (or higher) in Materials Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.10+ years in semiconductor materials, with high thermal adhesives and sintering experience preferred.Expertise in statistical analysis and design of experiments (DOE).Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.Ability to manage complex, on-site customer issues independently.Willing to travel up to 10%.Be part of a team where your expertise doesn’t just contribute to a product—it shapes the future of electronics manufacturing.Apply now and see how far your engineering career can go.
