- Design, develop, and maintain LMS platforms to support online training initiatives
- Customize and configure the LMS interface, workflows, and functionalities to meet organizational and user needs
- Develop and upload SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning content, quizzes, and multimedia resources
- Manage user roles, permissions, and enrollment processes within the LMS
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and provide timely support to end-users
- Create and run LMS data reports and dashboards to analyze usage, progress, and training effectiveness
- Collaborate with instructional designers to implement engaging, interactive learning experiences
- Integrate third-party applications, such as CRM, SSO, and communication tools, with the LMS
- Stay current on LMS trends, tools, and best practices to enhance system performance and learning outcomes
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and periodic audits to ensure data integrity and platform reliability
- Document processes and maintain technical manuals related to LMS operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional technology, computer science, education, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in LMS administration and development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LMS reporting tools
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
