DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T Representative partner, is looking for a talented and innovative LMS Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our learning management system (LMS) to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for internal users, partners, and external stakeholders. Your work will directly support the training and development initiatives that empower our contact center teams to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.You’ll collaborate closely with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to implement scalable learning solutions.   • Design, develop, and maintain LMS platforms to support online training initiatives
  • Customize and configure the LMS interface, workflows, and functionalities to meet organizational and user needs
  • Develop and upload SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning content, quizzes, and multimedia resources
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and enrollment processes within the LMS
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and provide timely support to end-users
  • Create and run LMS data reports and dashboards to analyze usage, progress, and training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to implement engaging, interactive learning experiences
  • Integrate third-party applications, such as CRM, SSO, and communication tools, with the LMS
  • Stay current on LMS trends, tools, and best practices to enhance system performance and learning outcomes
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and periodic audits to ensure data integrity and platform reliability
  • Document processes and maintain technical manuals related to LMS operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional technology, computer science, education, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in LMS administration and development
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LMS reporting tools
  • Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
