- Patient Ratios: 1:3 couplet; 1:1 intrapartum

- Minimum 2 years recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (1 year considered with 150+ deliveries/month)
- Active Washington or Compact RN license (required at submission)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Strong clinical skills in antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care
- Ability to circulate for C-sections, manage high-risk deliveries, and perform sterile vaginal exams
- Experience with EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring) and IUPC (Intrauterine Pressure Catheter) placement/calibration
- References: Minimum 2 supervisory references covering 1 year in the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care for antepartum, labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn patients
- Assist with high-risk deliveries and circulate for C-sections
- Monitor and interpret fetal heart tracings; perform timely interventions
- Administer medications (magnesium sulfate, insulin drips, antihypertensives)
- Maintain central lines (CVC/PICC) and adhere to isolation precautions/PPE protocols
- Triage obstetrical patients and recover C-section patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document all care provided in Epic
- Work some weekends as needed; no on-call or floating required
