Company DescriptionAn enterprise client is seeking a SPIFF Implementation Specialist with hands-on experience implementing SPIFF (or similar commission software) to rebuild their SPIFF system to align with the latest commission structure and improve reporting. Ongoing seasonal work opportunities are likely.The current setup needs a fresh configuration, and rebuild and we’re seeking a pro who can translate complex commission plans into scalable, logical workflows inside the platform. This individual will be responsible for building out logic, data sets, and reporting.This role reports to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and will work closely with teams across Sales Operations Finance.Job Description

To rebuild the commission plans in SPIFF from its current state to a streamlined process.
To audit and improve current workflows for accuracy and scalability.
To set up logic, rules, quotas, and reporting views.
To handle ongoing seasonal updates as new plans roll out (optional).
To provide clear documentation of system configuration.

Qualifications

Strong expertise with SPIFF or similar platforms (CaptivateIQ, Xactly, etc.).
Deep knowledge of sales commission logic and incentive plan structures.
Ability to interpret compensation plans and implement them into software.
Solid documentation and communication skills.

Additional InformationNice to Have:

Background in FP&A, SalesOps, or SaaS business models.
Experience with Salesforce integrations.
Understanding of ASC 606 as it relates to commissions.
