We are looking for 2nd shift Machine Operators in the Euclid areaMonday - Friday:
Pay: $18-$20/hour (based on experience)About the Role:

  • Production Support: Collaborate with the operator to enhance productivity by efficiently pulling coils, packaging, and banding to meet production goals.
  • Tooling Excellence: Maintain tooling, knives, and rubbers in optimal condition, ensuring they are organized and always prepared for use.
  • Maintenance Management: Strategically schedule knife grinding and rubber cutting to align with production demands, minimizing downtime.
  • Safety & Cleanliness Leadership: Uphold a spotless and hazard-free workspace, setting the standard for safety and efficiency in the workplace.
