This pivotal role will leverage extensive IC product development experience, project management concepts, and best-known methods and tools to drive the development of highly integrated Analog & Mixed Signal IC products. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in improving development processes and methodologies, providing technical leadership, fostering effective communication, and offering support and training to both internal project teams and external support organizations.What You Will DoCollaborate closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and individual team members to meticulously plan and define project scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new product development initiatives.Maintain and meticulously track project timelines and schedules for all in-flight projects using appropriate project management tools.Provide clear direction and supportive guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Mentor project team members, fostering and promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team atmosphere.Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing the entire lifecycle from project kickoff through successful product introduction.Communicate project status, progress, risks, and solutions effectively to key stakeholders, proactively managing expectations regarding project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.Present comprehensive reports defining project progress, identifying potential risks, and proposing effective solutions to challenges.Ensure that all project goals and objectives are achieved in strict adherence to Allegro’s established product development processes and methodologies.Implement and skillfully manage project changes and interventions as necessary to achieve desired project outputs and adapt to evolving requirements.What You Will NeedBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry.3+ years of dedicated Project Management experience is highly desirable.Must possess a strong understanding of the IC product development flow.Experience with Analog and Mixed Signal ICs is preferred.Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.Comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage conflict effectively in dynamic situations.Demonstrated ability to understand and listen to team members, fostering a productive and supportive team environment.Able to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with strong organizational skills.Must be able to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.Proficient in advanced techniques with relevant software, including Smart Sheets, SharePoint, MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Project), and experience working within shared work environments.At Allegro, we are committed to providing a harassment-free environment of mutual respect to fuel innovation through inclusive thought collaboration.
