Our client is a local civil engineering and land surveying firm looking to add a Civil Project Manager to their family-like team! They work projects of all sizes, and properly manage them. Qualifications:
  • Professional Engineer License required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5-10+ years of experience in land development/site design and permitting
  • Experience with residential subdivisions, commercial, manufacturing/industrial and/or office developments
  • Understand and implement jurisdictional requirements and PA municipal planning process
  • Knowledge of stormwater management design regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D as well as proficiency in Hydraflow and/or HydraCAD
  • Self-starter who can work independently and with team members (help department manager with running projects)
  • Excellent written, communication and organization skills
  • Business Development/Marketing experience is always a plus!
Job Description/Duties:
  • Lead due diligence site investigations, zoning ordinance reviews & utility research
  • Final grading design with Civil 3D and earthwork analysis
  • Assist junior engineers with designs
  • Preparation of E&S design, permitting, calculations, and BMPs
  • Review & coordination of utility systems and stormwater management design
  • Verification of site work construction cost estimates
  • Coordination & written correspondence with clients, counsel, jurisdictions, utilities and contractors
  • Attendance to and making public plan presentations and client management
