If you're ready to make a mark in a company that redefines outdoor excellence, join us atNiedergeses Landscape and be part of crafting landscapes that go beyond the ordinary.Please see our website for more information: https://www.nland.biz/Estimator/Project Manager ExpectationsYour mission is to oversee the successful execution of landscaping projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results so that our customers are satisfied and our company meets its goals.You will build and develop genuine, lasting connections with clients, and nurture existing customer relationships.You will spend about 75% of your time out on the road and in the field, conducting on-site visits, guiding the field crews through project specifics and ensuring seamless communication between field and management.The other 25% of your time will be spent in the office on administrative duties, meaning you will assist in day-to-day operations and collaborate with the team.On the sales side, you will figure out the client’s needs, develop an accurate proposal and give them our price on the spot. You will then project manage the residential landscaping projects sold by you and by the owner.During the estimate process, you will measure, calculate, and create project estimates and present them to clients so they understand the work we will be doing for them.You will draw up initial sketches/designs and provide them to the foremen and crews so they understand how the job was bid and what you envision as a final product.You’ll stay organized and coordinate proactively with the field team and the office so they can support your efforts and best serve the customer.You’ll visit the job sites for your projects, solve issues as they arise, and check in with crews.You’ll create detailed work orders, ensuring all necessary materials are ordered in a timely manner, and you will explain the project specifics to the foreman and the team.You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the project, including tracking costs, staying within budget, and ensuring the project goes well so our clients are satisfied.You’ll be accountable for efficient procurement of materials. This involves planning for orders to be delivered on site when the crews need the materials.You will develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors.Estimator/Project Manager Skills & ExperienceWe’re flexible on the number of years of previous experience for this role.
