Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cook II to be part of our team as we expand our portfolio. Our newest addition will be a downtown Minneapolis, full-service, $15M revenue property with a global brand affiliation. The Cook II will be responsible for preparing and cooking all food items according to menus and expediting orders quickly and correctly. The Cook is also responsible for ensuring all stations are set to standards and following instructions from the Chefs.Marcus Hotels & Resorts, a division of The Marcus Corporation, has a rich 60 year history of operational and service excellence.
