The Product Manager will play a key role in driving our commercial success by managing product lifecycle strategy, pricing, and identifying new markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps and pricing strategies
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and R&D to align product offerings with market demand
  • Identify and pursue new market segments for existing and new products
  • Maintain regular engagement with key clients and partners, both virtually and in person
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer meetings
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on product performance and market dynamics

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, business development, or a related role-preferably in manufacturing or industrial markets
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40% of the time
  • Familiarity with metals
