Basic Qualifications:
Experience with open architecture power supply/management and processing (VPX) Previous experience with architecture & high speed PWB/PCB and/or rigid flex designs (SerDes/CML) Good oral, written communication and presentation skills. Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with a concentration circuit card design with relevant experience.

- Ability to translate system level flowed down requirements into electrical requirements/implementation. - Ability to read Verilog Programmable logic code to support integration - Process Improvement and Affordability experience - Self-Starter Personality; Ability to multitask - Strong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking - Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams - Full Lifecycle Development Experience - Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical
systems/programs - The ability to generate clear, concise test plans, test reports, analysis reports is also essential.
