They are looking for a Scrum Master/ Agile Coach to join them full-time, in a hybrid format 3 days per week in office.This company’s mission is to connect professionals within the healthcare industry with the resources they need to provide top notch care to everyday patients. As the scrum master, you will be responsible for controlling JIRA tickets for the company, holding Agile ceremonies, and ensure all projects are completed in an efficient manner.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 or more years of professional Scrum Master/ Agile Coach experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with other department to deliver projects on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Recent or previous experience working in the Healthcare industry.
- Candidate must be able to travel weekly to office.
- CSM or PMP certified.
- Software development experience a plus
- BS in CS or similar degree.
