- Answer 80 -100 incoming calls a day.
- Maintain an average talk time of 4 minutes or less.
- Reply to customer service emails.
- Attend Team meetings upon request.
- Informing the supervisor of any recurring issues or errors.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and secure workplace.
- Be available to work overtime as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and comfortably implement new tools and software
