Overview:NexGen is looking for a Quality Controls Manager to join their team in office in Arizona, Tennessee or Georgia!   • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Must have a High School education or equivalent.
  • Must have current CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification.

  • Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to production quality standards.
  • Monitors and audits process, material, and conducts a continuous analysis of quality defects and deviations.
  • Oversees the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes.
