We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the team of a National Title Insurance company in Irving. This is a long-term temporary position, and a minimum of 1 year of experience is required.Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues promptly.
  • Follow standard procedures and guidelines.
  • Recognize and solve routine problems using established solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, clients, and team members.
  • Work independently while managing workload effectively.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably in a high-volume call center.
  • Experience with consumer credit.
  • Familiar with credit reports or credit analysis.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
  • Proficiency with call center software, CRM, and office tools.
  • Skilled at de-escalating tense situations with professionalism.
