- 2+ years of related experience, preferably in a high-volume call center.
- Experience with consumer credit.
- Familiar with credit reports or credit analysis.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
- Proficiency with call center software, CRM, and office tools.
- Skilled at de-escalating tense situations with professionalism.
