
Project Coordinator

- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Track project progress, budgets, and timelines; prepare regular status reports.
- Maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
- Support procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Help resolve project-related issues and escalate when necessary.
- Organize and attend project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction or project coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Familiarity with construction documents and terminology.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
