
Procurement Analyst

- Review and support the development of supplier agreements and contracts.
- Lead sourcing activities for new parts, including pricing, design reviews, tooling development, and milestone tracking.
- Manage pricing negotiations and updates, ensuring accurate internal processing and supplier communication.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs).
- Conduct supplier visits to assess capabilities and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Drive and implement annual cost reduction initiatives aligned with company targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain is required.
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain principles.
- Familiarity with basic accounting and business operations.
- Intermediate to advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to query data from multiple sources, conduct detailed analysis, understand business trends, and draw conclusions leading to procurement strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively across all organizational levels and with external suppliers.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and cost optimization.
