Job Title: AI Consultant (GenAI & MLOps)Locations: Alpharetta, GA - HybridDuration: Long TermResponsibilities:AI Consultant (GenAI & MLOps) We're looking for a Technical AI Consultant to join our team. You'll be a hands-on expert, building AI and machine learning solutions to solve real-world business problems.What You'll Do:
  • Build GenAI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to provide grounded insights from our data.
  • Work with Vector & MCP: Implement and manage Vector Databases for efficient semantic search.
  • Use the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to securely connect our AI models to external data sources and tools, enabling more dynamic and context-aware agents.
Find Anomalies:· Create models to detect and predict anomalies in our workflows and system performance using operational data.· Enhance Pega: Develop AI components for the Pega platform, including an automated code review tool to improve code quality.· Optimize Releases: Use AI to analyze release management issues, predict risks, and make our software release cycles smoother.Who We're Looking For:Experience:
  • 3-4 years in a technical role with a focus on AI, machine learning, and data science.
  • A development background in Java or Pega is a plus.
Technical Skills:· Hands-on experience with Generative AI and RAG systems.· Familiarity with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).· Expertise in Lang flow or Lang chain, Crew AI, AI agent patterns Knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a significant advantage.· Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.· Experience with MLOps, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).· Practical experience with data from operational tools like New Relic or Kibana.· Knowledge of the Pega platform is a significant advantage.· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.About AgreeYa:
