The Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join our Boston office and the Seyfarth The Day-To-Day:As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. You Have:
  • At least six years of extensive experience with real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing and preferred equity, joint ventures and other vehicles for real estate ownership.
  • Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base, including those involved in residential, retail and mixed-use ownership, investment and development, data centers, warehousing and other e-commerce.
  • Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills; large firm experience preferred.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
