This position is Remote to work with a US Company; you will require to have Citizenship or a work permit from Costa Rica or Colombia to apply for this role.Job Summary:
As a Full-stack C# Engineer with more frontend exposure, you will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle from design and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance of innovative applications on the corporate platform. This is a hands-on development position where you’ll contribute to building high-quality, scalable software products that support some of the most prestigious higher education and research institutions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, apply engineering best practices, and take ownership of software components and technical solutions. This role requires both strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Required Skills:
- Full-stack with more frontend focus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Backend, infrastructure, system management, provisioning databases, and building libraries experience. Product a plus.
- Full-stack C# Engineer with more frontend exposure
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and software design patterns.
- Proficient in .NET and Visual Studio development environment.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, and TypeScript.
- Understands REST API development and OpenAPI standards.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, CloudFront, Cognito, S3, SNS, SES, and EventBridge.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL (Aurora), DynamoDB, and ElasticSearch.
