- Develops project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects. Identifies, develops, and gathers necessary resources to ensure project completion.
- Records and documents delay, changes in scope, and any other incidents that impact the scope of work or schedule to ensure smooth project operations.
- Pursues all cost saving opportunities to maximize project profitability.
- Performs critical path analysis and prepares and implements work-around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Conducts project meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
- Identifies and reacts to complex project problems and recommends solutions.
- Liaises between project management and planning, project teams, and line management.
- Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
- Represents Interiors as the primary customer contact for projects.
- Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test.
- Meets program schedules and budgets and maintains the integrated master schedules for project(s).
- Create and release electrical routing 3D pdfs along with interpretation, updating and editing Electrical Block Diagrams.
- Create bracket detail and assembly models for electrical components and harness routing.
- Model component location and electrical routing for new seating and monument programs.

- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- Direct experience with development Designing and certification of Aerospace Interiors Systems is preferred.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Teamcenter PDM Experience.
- Unigraphics NX Experience.
- Ability to present to executive leadership.
- Project Management Experience.
- Manage outsourcing groups to handle cable routing.
