If this sounds like an environment you would like to work in, Apply Today!Position: Sales AssistantLocation: Basil Ford of Niagara Falls - 6980 Niagara Fls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304Schedule: Full-Time, 5-day work week including every SaturdayCompensation: $18-$20 per hour (Based on knowledge, experience, store franchise, and volume)Assist the sales representative in duties including but not limited to:
  • Helping the customer locate/select a vehicle and the options best suited to their needs
  • Discuss vehicle selection attributes model options features etc.
  • Vehicle test drives
  • Complete sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner
  • Assist with delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation warranty and servicing requirements
  • Maintain current knowledge of all promotions financing options value-add products/services servicing plans and industry trends
  • Always maintain high level of customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of current market technology trends and integration with store brand and make
