- Utilize SQL, Power Pivot, Excel, Pyramid Analytics, or similar tools to query, transform, and analyze datasets.
- Collaborate with program leadership and Government stakeholders to identify, document, and clarify business data requirements.
- Operationalize data elements to ensure usability, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, assess performance, and support data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability to support contractual deliverables and program objectives.
- Provide input into continuous improvement initiatives by using data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, Power Pivot, and Excel; experience with Pyramid Analytics or other business intelligence platforms.
- Strong background in data visualization, reporting, and statistical analysis.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable outputs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level reports and briefings.
- Ability to work effectively in a federal contracting environment, adhering to program and compliance requirements.
- Previous experience with the IRS or the Treasury.
