The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, aerospace, chemical, or industrial environments, with a track record of successfully filling skilled trade positions such as maintenance technicians, electricians, machine operators, CNC machinists, and quality inspectors.Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, aerospace, chemical, and industrial positions across multiple locations.Source candidates through Workday, job boards, networking, and other sourcing tools.Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication between hiring teams and candidates.Support recruiting for both union and non-union roles, as well as varying shifts, pay structures, and schedules.Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare regular recruitment updates.Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and influence recruitment decisions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
