
2026 Commercial & Investment Bank Innovation Development Full-Time Analyst Program - Design

- Begin with ~5 months of Commercial and Investment Bank project-based learning, diving into solving a complex business problem statement in an incubator environment and developing foundational knowledge of Product Management
- Participate in two design focused 12-month rotations:
o Assist in reviewing and refining storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys
o Support the implementation of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices to ensure a seamless experience for diverse users
o Participate in the collection and analysis of user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on design solutions
o Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with JPMC standards and adherence to documented UX parameters
+ Research Experience: Support research with survey and interview documentation and help gather data on customer needs and preferences during the study phase
o Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive insights with the guidance of more senior researchers
o Collaborate with team members to produce research ideas to help better understand user needs and desires
o Contribute to discussions with team and peers on foundational experience research matters and share your insights and recommendations for improvementRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant design discipline (e.g., Interaction Design, HCI, User Experience Design) or related field (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Engineering, Communications, etc.)
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for design in driving business transformation and product development
- Expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of a 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Fluency in English
- A digital portfolio showcasing a breadth of experience across design process phases
- Foundational communication and presentation skills, including articulating the rationale behind design decisions
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in user experience research methods, including data gathering, analysis, and interpretation techniques
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
- Experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Zoom)
- Developing understanding of Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices
- Experience with survey and interview-based design research, with a focus on deriving insights to inform user experience design decisions
