Interaction with a wide variety of engineering disciplines is necessary. The role requires interaction with mechanical, electrical, reliability and quality.
  • Ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Cadence Allegro.
  • You will be tasked to work with senior layout designers on complex PCBs with a wide variety of component types, emphasis on RF signal requirements, and board fabrication technologies.
  • Study IPC rules and design standards to build knowledge of layout requirements.
  • Participate in a ticket system for assigning jobs and reporting job status to the engineering community.
  • Design dense and complex PCBs with a wide variety of component types, emphasis on RF signal requirements, and board fabrication technologies.
QualificationsRequired
  • 1+ years’ experience preferred.
  • Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent desired
  • PCB design skills including RF and mixed signal/material/technology
  • PCB fabrication process knowledge
  • Working knowledge of IPC standards
  • Requires strong organizational skills, technical curiosity, and desire to work in fasted paced team environment.
  • Knowledge of JIRA agile management system is a plus
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
