  • Base Salary: $35,300 – $37,800
  • Estimated First-Year Commissions: $12,000+

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ Years of Sales or Insurance Sales Experience
  • Licensed in P&C and Life & Health (preferred)
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make consistent outbound calls
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • A+ attitude, ethical mindset, and a passion for helping others
