- Base Salary: $35,300 – $37,800
- Estimated First-Year Commissions: $12,000+

- 2+ Years of Sales or Insurance Sales Experience
- Licensed in P&C and Life & Health (preferred)
- Strong phone presence and ability to make consistent outbound calls
- CRM experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus, not a requirement
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
- A+ attitude, ethical mindset, and a passion for helping others
- Contact and follow up with warm and cold leads
- Sell Auto, Home, Life, and other State Farm products
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain customer relationships with care and consistency
