Ensures Divisional production objectives are met, at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements, using a comprehensive integrated (ERP) business system. Achieves these objectives by delegating authority to key managers, supervisors and technicians in production, methods, maintenance, and other related operations.Essential Functions * Must possess creativity/adaptability to successfully manage manufacturing production function to effectively address changing business conditions and to achieve objectives.
Must provide effective management of subordinates to achieve desired results.

Manages and directs manufacturing operation to ensure delivery schedules are met.
Assists in carrying out production objectives, at lowest cost, consistent with the organization’s quality requirements.
Coordinates departmental production, production control, methods, cost accounting, maintenance, and other related operations.
Ensures compliance with Company policies, safety programs, and good housekeeping practices.
Develops and administers manufacturing department budget.
Position requires the ability to work in a normal office and production plant with welding machinery and fabrication operations environment.
Strong communication skills with ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization.
