- This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days in the Encinitas office - 1012 2nd St., Suite #110, Encinitas CA 92024
- The annual compensation range for this position is $55K-$75K
- Participate in general EB product planning, seasonal needs assessments, and reviews of new product or category ideas.
- Be responsible for assigned product(s) from finalized design hand-off through to successful bulk production and delivery.
- Communicate daily with assigned vendors to ensure schedules are met, product specifications are accurately executed, and strong vendor-partner relationships are fostered.
- Maintain and organize all product information and files, including technical specifications, factory communication, sample reviews, comments, approvals, and costing.
- Oversee prototype reviews for assigned products, documenting, photographing, and creating detailed review documents for vendor submission, based on design team input and product specifications.
- Coordinate and track comments on new product concept design and development reviews.
- Monitor the status of all in-process development prototypes and samples, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
- Update, catalog, and maintain all running trims, accessories, and packaging programs.
- Organize the EB sample and prototype storage area.
- Provide weekly (or as needed) updates on project, product, and development status.
- Travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, to work with vendors and manufacturing partners.
- 3 years of experience in a related product development or production coordination role.
- Experience in powersports, apparel, textiles, and accessory construction methods, manufacturing processes, and technical solutions.
- Effective and consistent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal design teams and external manufacturing partners.
- An extremely detail- and accuracy-oriented approach with a strong focus on deadlines, tasks, and deliverables.
- Experience in offshore and domestic manufacturing partnerships.
- A positive and flexible, "can-do" attitude with outside-the-box thinking. Dynamic analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy skills.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.), and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, GMeet, etc.).
- A bachelor's degree in fashion/apparel production management.
- Experience in leather products
- Are an active motorcyclist with experience in motorcycle product categories.
