Unlike traditional Salesforce roles focused solely on declarative or Apex development, this role is designed for an innovator and disruptive thinker who can challenge the status quo.In this role, you will leverage modern AI/ML models, generative AI, and automation frameworks to reimagine how problems—traditionally solved within Salesforce with manual interventions—can instead be addressed through AI-led, intelligent, and scalable solutions. You will partner closely with Salesforce experts, IT engineers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver next-generation applications that reduce manual effort, improve data-driven decision making, and create delightful user experiences. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of enterprise platforms, AI/ML innovation, and full-stack problem solving.Your Impact
- AI-Led Problem Solving: Reimagine traditional Salesforce workflows (approvals, case routing, data enrichment, forecasting, etc.) by applying AI/ML models and intelligent automation.
- Full-Stack Development: Build scalable, enterprise-grade applications across frontend, backend, and data layers, integrating seamlessly with Salesforce and other GTM systems.
- Disruptive Thinking: Identify unconventional approaches to long-standing process bottlenecks; design solutions that simplify, modernize, and delight.
- Integration & Extensibility: Architect microservices and APIs that connect Salesforce with external data, AI pipelines, and cloud-native applications.
- AI/ML Implementation: Experiment with and implement generative AI, NLP, and ML models to automate insights, recommendations, and user interactions.
- Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce platform experts, architects, and business leaders to co-create hybrid solutions that combine platform strengths with modern AI capabilities.
- Quality & Scalability: Ensure solutions are robust, observable, secure, and optimized for enterprise-scale performance.
- Minimum 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong foundation in enterprise platform development with Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant field.
- Proven experience with AI/ML technologies (NLP, generative AI, predictive modeling, LLM integration, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Vertex AI, etc.).
- Strong expertise in modern cloud-native application development (GCP, AWS, or Azure), microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or TypeScript, with hands-on experience in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms (Salesforce preferred but not required) with external applications and AI models.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, observability, and monitoring frameworks for AI/ML-enabled systems.
- Ability to think outside-in: challenge conventional Salesforce problem-solving methods and propose AI-first alternatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an innovative mindset and the ability to deliver solutions that are both pragmatic and forward-looking.
- Experience working in agile teams with rapid iteration and strong business collaboration.
