- Diagnose and repair a variety of commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment, including packaged rooftop units, boilers (steam and hot water), built-up systems, reciprocating chillers, air handlers, process chillers, and pneumatic controls
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks as assigned and complete relevant checklists
- Communicate with vendors for verification of parts availability and to order parts for successful completion of service jobs
- Assist office personnel in preparing service quotes
- High level of external customer service – initial contact and job follow-up
- Complete electronic work orders with accuracy, clarity, and including all relevant job transactions
- Ability to work cohesively with internal and external customers ensuring complete satisfaction with time, service, and delivery

- 4+ years of experience in Commercial / Industrial HVAC Service work
- Commercial boiler experience
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and make decisions with little guidance
- Excellent organizational skills for planning and executing your work
- Ability to evaluate problems and issues and make proper decisions to correct them
- Ability to adjust rapidly to last-minute changes in job schedules
- Ability to work in a smoke-free, drug-free environment
- Pass a background check pass a drug screen test
- Have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
