As a BCBA at Flywheel, you will play a key part in shaping the care experience for children with autism and their families. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plansLeading clinical supervision and team-based care planningProviding parent coaching and caregiver collaborationOverseeing RBTs and supervisees to ensure consistency and qualityParticipating in professional development and peer reviewEnsuring compliance with ethical, clinical, and documentation standardsReporting to the Regional Clinical DirectorWhat You Bring
We're seeking a BCBA who is clinically skilled, emotionally grounded, and ready to grow.
