Position SummaryLife Time (LTH) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems and Reporting Analyst to join our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in financial systems analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience with Adaptive and Workday. This role will be instrumental in supporting our financial planning processes, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing our financial systems to drive business insights and decision-making.Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance financial systems, including Adaptive and Workday, to support budgeting, forecast, and reporting processes
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems by performing regular audits and reconciliations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes, improving efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Provide support and training to finance team members and other users of financial systems, ensuring they are equipped to utilize systems effectively
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, accounting, and operations, to ensure financial systems meet the needs of the business
  • Utilize other data tools as needed to support financial analysis and reporting, ensuring comprehensive and accurate data management
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial systems, with experience in Adaptive and Workday being highly desirable. Experience with Domo or other visualization tools would also be a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Years of Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial systems analysis or a related field.
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:
  • n/a
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Certification in financial systems or related areas
