POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:Provides training, education, and data analytical support for infection prevention initiatives to clinical staff and medical staff providers. Utilizes computer applications to collect and assimilate data. Creates appropriate reports and documentation. Prepares reports of training, monitors, education, and non-compliance. Also provides classroom and community education support. Maintains a high level of initiative, dependability, and motivation.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent is required, Associate’s degree preferred.
Must possess good oral and written communication skills, as well as good organizational skills.
Experience with data collection tools preferred.
Strong training and communication skills
Must demonstrate qualitative analysis skills to run quality education reports.
Excellent support service skills and the ability to think critically in a busy environment.
Ideal candidate should be motivated, able to work quickly and follow detailed instructions, and be highly organized
