Take charge of your future and apply today!DESCRIPTION OF WORKA Clinical Care Reviewer (CCMM) gathers demographic and clinical information by telephone necessary to authorize and make appropriate referrals to consumers in need of psychiatric and behavioral services provided by a mental health professional. This includes those in need of drug and alcohol treatment services provided by a drug and alcohol addiction professional. Duties involve providing consumers with information regarding benefits, treatment options, the managed care system, and community resources. This professional maintains accurate documentation of all data and client records and reviews and evaluates the medical appropriateness of psychiatric/behavioral health and substance abuse cases. This position consults with a supervisor, rendering a certification decision. You will have the opportunity to serve as an advocate for consumers and families, facilitate coordination of care with other care managers and complete referral and case documentation in accordance with program standards. Key responsibilities include conducting follow-up of referrals with consumers and providers of service and participating in customer service assessment activities. You will be expected to prepare required reports as mandated by federal, state or county policies and procedures and participate in clinical rounds, seminars, and training sessions to maintain licensure and clinical credentials. Work is performed under the direction of an administrative supervisor and is reviewed through conferences and reports.Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:
A master's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or counseling and two years of professional mental health clinical experience; or
Two years of professional mental health clinical experience and possession of an active license to practice as a Registered Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
