We are a growing team looking for hungry and motivated General Managers who want to grow with us and execute at a very high level.What You'll Be DoingCore General Manager Responsibilities:- Manage and direct execution of all store operations, front- and back-of-house to achieve the most efficient and high quality customer experience possible.- Manage and lead staff, including scheduling, hiring, interviewing and training- Weekly Administrative Responsibilities: Scheduling, Ordering, Weekly Inventory management, POS Management and Ownership (Toast), Daily Manager Logs- Monitor and work with executive management to drive financial and operational performance.- Proactively offer strategic recommendations to improve restaurant operations and grow store sales.- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.- Proactively communicate with executive management to identify and solve problems.- Ownership of guest experience, managing to culture of customer obsession among team members.Desired Qualities:- Proven track record of success as a restaurant General Manager or comparable leadership role in an ultra-high-volume restaurant or hospitality role (at least 3 years of experience strongly preferred).- Minimum High school diploma or GED certificate required.- ServSafe certification- Very strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
