Apply Now!Pay Rate: $21.25/hr. | Shift: 2nd Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays)Reports To: Warehouse SupervisorPosition SummaryCritical role that partners closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure acceptable inventory levels. This role is the first line of defense for all supplier related issues. Responsible for submitting orders to vendors, communicating order pickups within the organization and addressing past due orders with vendors.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED Required.Minimum of 6 months of Warehousing experience preferred.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).ResponsibilitiesEnsure Safety First is always practiced and observes and adheres to all job safety rules.Abide by ALL Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Ensure warehouse is always in SQF audit readiness.Verify all paperwork is correct, completed, and signed by Warehouse team members.Able to follow the established SOPs for receiving, shipping and transfers documentation, and any other instruction given by leadership.Able to correspond with all operational departments as well as with customers and vendors.Research errors and issues with inventory.Prepare and provides reports to supervisor and manager as needed.Maintain Warehouse Office in organized and professional appearance.Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership.Desired QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of Shipping and Received experience preferred.Minimum of 1 year of Bar Code Scanning experience preferred.Read and write English fluently.Ability and willingness to follow Standard Operating Procedures.Ability to receive written and verbal directions.Ability to understand general work processes.Physical Requirements/ EnvironmentRepetitive lifting, push, pulling up to 50 poundsFrequent standing walking, bending, twisting, lifting, climbing stairsNormal vision, hearing sensitivity and manual dexterity is necessary in positionFast pace manufacturing / packaging work environment
