The Data Concern Remediation Management (DCRM) Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for leading activities that help drive issue management end to end process in Finance Data within the Enterprise Data Office.This job requires excellent communication skills needed to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide and influence others, in particular, colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business.Responsibilities:Drive end to end project management of key Data Transformation and BAU projects for DCRM for Finance DataIdentify and report on Risks, issues and escalations to key stakeholders on DCRM projectsLead activities to ensure roles and responsibilities related to data are understood and implemented across businessesCollaborate with colleagues to ensure timely execution of milestones, provide reporting of potential risks to delivery, and incorporate milestone reporting and changesAct as a Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert in DCRM/Issue Management areaDevelop agenda, materials and facilitate frequent DCRM Data forums and meetingsAssess risks when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:10+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred in a Data Issue Management/ Data Management/ Process Engineering or related areaCommunicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levelsCollaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectivesStrong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levelsOptimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
