Apply today!WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS A MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT MANAGERIn the role of Assistant Maintenance Supervisor at Tarragon Property Services, you play a pivotal part in supporting the maintenance supervisor and overseeing the on-site maintenance team. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing various issues, conducting preventative maintenance, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with high company standards. You respond to work orders, coordinate with contractors, and uphold excellent service for tenants. High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 3 years of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade is preferred
Current driver's license and automobile insurance
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
Ability to use a personal computer and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as other computer tracking systems used at the property
Ability to use standard maintenance equipment
