- Manage assigned portfolio categories to develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver value while mitigating risk.
- Lead sourcing activities, including spend analysis, RFP development, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
- Develop supplier relationships and performance management programs, ensuring accountability for service, quality, and cost.
- Partner with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and distribution partners to align sourcing and delivery strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—F&B, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal—to support new product development and market rollouts.
- Monitor and evaluate market conditions, commodity trends, and supplier risk to inform procurement decisions.
- Conduct total cost of ownership analysis and recommend strategies to optimize costs without compromising quality or guest experience.
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost savings initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, processes, and ethical standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in procurement practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to your direct report, developing skills and fostering growth.
- You’ve led strategic sourcing and procurement projects end-to-end, from planning and negotiations to implementation.
- You have experience with distribution, production, and inventory management, especially in food & beverage.
- You bring strong analytical and financial skills to develop pricing models and assess total cost of ownership.
- You’re a collaborative relationship-builder who can influence senior stakeholders with confidence.
