Check your Zone before applying.Role DescriptionJoin the Reclaim.ai marketing team at Dropbox as our Marketing Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in scaling our marketing efforts and operations, and growing our Affiliate Program. We're looking for someone with a true startup mentality-you thrive in fast-moving environments, embrace ambiguity, and love rolling up your sleeves to get things done.In this role, you'll lead daily coordination across marketing ops, reporting, and procurement while taking ownership of the execution and growth of our Affiliate Program. You'll collaborate across functions, test new ideas quickly, and help build scalable processes that drive impact.If you're energized by experimentation, results-driven, and excited to work with a small, high-performing team building something big, this is the opportunity for you.Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow Reclaim's Affiliate Program by reviewing applications, onboarding new partners, and driving ongoing engagement with high-potential affiliates.
  • Develop partner enablement materials including onboarding guides, templates, incentives, and campaign communications to support and activate affiliates.
  • Track and report on marketing performance by pulling and analyzing weekly/monthly data across paid, organic, and partner channels to surface actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with paid media and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely updates across channels.
  • Support trade show and event planning, including researching opportunities, managing timelines, and executing logistics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage procurement and operational workflows across the marketing team, ensuring efficient vendor onboarding and budget tracking.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination by helping the team stay aligned on timelines, deliverables, and processes across projects and campaigns.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience in SaaS/app marketing
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize marketing workflows
  • Experience using HubSpot (or equivalent marketing platform)
  • A startup mentality-resourceful, agile, proactive, and ready to take ownership across a variety of tasks
  • Strong skills in Excel or GoogleSheets and data reporting tools to track marketing performance metrics
  • Creative problem-solver with experience supporting product marketing campaigns and GTM launches
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly, lifts others up, and brings positive energy to the team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with partners on co-marketing opportunities
  • Experience in trade show/event planning
  • Experience engaging with customers and gathering feedback to inform product and marketing efforts
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with Advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee's remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use.
