EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
Minimum of one-year experience in branch operations as an Owner Advocate II or higher. This experience will include product and services knowledge, opening new accounts and accurate service in processing transactions.
Upon hire, it is required to obtain certification from America's Credit Union as a trainer within twelve (12) months from the hire date.
