- Provide structural engineering guidance for residential inspection and renovation projects
- Analyze LiDAR scans and drafted plans to produce clear, code-compliant design solutions
- Collaborate with a small team to meet client goals and local building codes
- Conduct site visits in the Twin Cities as needed to assess conditions or verify implementation
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure alignment and progress
- Active Minnesota PE license (required)
- Residential structural design and renovation experience
- Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and working with LiDAR data
- Strong communication skills and sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-first environment
- Remote-first with some site visits limited to the Twin Cities metro
