You would be responsible for applying the coating to metal components with either a brush and roll method or an airless spray rig.On a given day, as an Industrial Painter, you will:
  • Prepare the metal components by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying appropriate primers to ensure proper adhesion of coatings.
  • Apply a wide range of coatings, including paints, enamels, epoxies, and sealants, using various methods such as spray, brush, and roller to achieve desired finishes and protective properties.
  • Maintain and clean painting equipment, spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other tools, ensuring they are in excellent working condition for optimal results and safety.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ventilation.
  • Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned
Schedule & Travel:This division currently has two shifts in our shop in Circleville, Ohio. We have a day shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. As well as a night shift from 9:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday. We are looking for a career-minded individual who will not only grow but also promote a positive cultural environment to fill this important position.The qualified candidate we seek is an Industrial Painter with these QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active and current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Possess strong attention to detail.
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various height conditions or confined spaces.
  • Strong work ethic, time management, and attention to detail.
  • 1+ year experience working as an industrial painter or similar industry is preferred.
