Vaco is partnering with a client in Waukesha County seeking a Mortgage Closer.Responsibilities include:Preparing closing packages and disclosures with accuracy and regulatory compliance.Coordinating loan funding and disbursement to ensure timelines are met.Assisting with residential loan closings when needed.Reviewing documentation, disclosures, and compliance logs to meet lending regulations.Supporting post-closing activities such as document verification, file onboarding, loan activation, and related audits.Maintaining knowledge of investor guidelines, regulatory updates, and internal processes.Assisting internal teams, clients, and external partners.Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
